Santé is seeking a Full-Time Psychiatric Recovery Manager to join our team in Silver Spring, Maryland. As a Psychiatric Recovery Manager, you will provide clinical, casework, individual, and group services to individuals and their families.

Essential Functions:

  • Completes assessment on clients' social, emotional, financial, health, or other problems to develop rehabilitation treatment plan
  • Develop and implements treatment plans with client
  • Counsels clients, assisting them to identify and resolve problems and make effective use of resources
  • Works closely with families of clients and provides appropriate clinical referrals for family members
  • Serves as liaison between clients and agency or institution. Maintains working relationships with staff of other agencies and institutions, homes, and facilities
  • Develops and maintains contact with other agency staff and local service providers to promote coordination and integration of care
  • Helps clients understand mental illness and how it affects their health and life styles
  • Prepares and maintains written case records, reports, notes and forms
  • Performs case follow-up and closing, and performs other administrative tasks as required
  • Trains agency staff and volunteers on required skills
  • Requisitions and arranges for maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and supplies as needed
  • Assists with budget development and reviews status on a regular basis
  • Communicate regularly with staff to ensure they have access to information in a timely manner
  • Provides guidelines and oversees management of program activities
  • Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with staff to exchange information and provide ongoing support and facilitate program planning and case reviews
  • Directs maintenance of systems to ensure record keeping, reporting and billing requirements are accurate and timely
  • Collects and records data on program outcomes
  • Analyzes trends in revenue to determine support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends
  • Participates in PRP management team
  • Check work e-mail according to agency protocol
  • Participate in and complete all required trainings
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services related field with seven (7) years of related experience
  • Must be a current Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) OR Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) OR possess current licensure in the State of Maryland (LGPC, LCPC, LGSW-C, or LCSW-C)
  • Capacity to drive a fifteen (15) passenger van. Must have a valid driver license and proof of current automobile insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services related field

  • Must be able to work with “high-risk” consumers who have mental illnesses as well as developmental and physical disabilities. Salary: $60,000 per year
